How Are The Programs Taught?All of our self defense programs are taught by women who have been trained and certified as physical-empowerment coaches. Women coaching women! This approach offers a welcoming and comfortable environment for all of our students. Most of our in-person programs are 4-module formats delivered in a step-by-step, straightforward and effective manner adaptable to everyone’s learning needs.

Can These Programs Be Used For Team Building?Absolutely! More and more businesses and corporations are seeing the value in empowering their employees through team-building exercises. Our programs not only develop teamwork and confidence, but they also inspire individuals to get more out of their careers, while reducing incidents of workplace harassment, and other safety concerns.

Who Can Attend These Courses?Our courses are open to women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re a student, professional, or stay-at-home mom, you’ll find valuable tools to enhance your safety and build your confidence in many areas of life.

Can I Do This With A Friend?You can come solo, with a friend, or with a group to any of our programs. We limit most in-person programs to 12 students to provide better one-on-one coaching. As most of the training is conducted in pairs, we encourage you to include a friend and train together!

Is It Only About Physical Techniques?No, our approach is holistic. While physical techniques are crucial, our programs are designed to build mental and emotional aspects. Building confidence is the basis to being Armoured For Success!

What if I Have Physical Limitations?Our coaches adapt techniques to accommodate various abilities. We believe everyone deserves access to self-defense knowledge, so we have created programs that are not template-driven, but flexible enough to adapt to the skills and abilities of all our students.
